Weaverland Valley Authority

The Weaverland Valley Authority (“WVA”) was formed in March 2016 by East Earl Township (“Township”) and Terre Hill Borough (“Borough”) to provide water and sewer services for the Township and the Borough.  This joint authority was formed in response to the Consent Order and Agreement with DEP and the 2015 Joint Act 537 Plan. Construction of the new Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and conveyance system began in June 2022. The WWTF became operational in December of 2023. The WVA meets at 6:30 p.m. the second Monday of the month.
